The Premvet Bug Reporter Page

This page allows you to report bugs found in Premvet or VetDACS.

IMPORTANT: This web page is not a tech-support request form! If you require help using Premvet, or have a problem with your order, please do NOT use this form. Instead please see our contacts page to find the appropriate support email address. If you file a bug, tech support will NOT contact you to help you with Premvet!

Please only file one bug at a time. If you find multiple bugs, please use the report once for each bug.

Before filing a bug, please:

• Be sure you are using the latest version of Premvet.
• Disable any plugins or third party add-ons. Please do not report bugs in third party add-ons to us. Instead report them to the third praty.
• Be sure you understand the feature you are reporting a bug on.
• If you are not sure whether you have a bug or a tech-support problem, contact Premvet tech support using the above link.
• Please attach a log file from Premvet (or sysinfo output or other VSOL application) when you file this bug, as well as PNG screenshots for any visual problems. The log file(s) will tell us a lot of information about your system that will speed up bug analysis.

Please only file one bug at a time using this form. If you have multiple bugs to report, please file each one separately.
