How Do I ... Change Diary Field?
The top of an AP card has space for updating recalls or adding diary appointments. I can't edit the card to get rid of the appointment - how do I do it?
In this example the code when used will make an appointment in 7 days for diary 2.
To answer the original question 1st - edit the card; for the Vacc Interval enter a zero or 253. This will reset all recalls and diary entries.
Once it's been reset you can change back what is needed.
The system 'shares' the recall and diary fields - you can have one or the other but not both. Resetting the recall(s) will reset the diary. The same applies if you want to reset any recalls.
The options you can enter on these fields are:
| - | Keep what is there e.g. No Change |
| 0 | Set the interval to Zero - no more calls will be generated |
| 253 | Delete what is there |
| 1 .. 252 | Set number of weeks to recall in |
