How Do I ..... Add a new recall

  1. Add the recall to the list of existing recalls (if it does not already exists) via:

    General Application -> Parameters -> Lookup tables -> Recalls -> Recalls

    Edit the list and add a new recall Program Inj :26
    (the :26 forces this recall to be a default of 26 weeks)

  2. If the recall is to related to Stock then it can be attached to the stock card otherwise it should be added to the Automatic Pricing card.

    • Stock

      Access the stock item, press the down arrow key (or press W - Warning and labels) and type in the first few characters of the recall name in the Recall field

      You should see the following screen:

Edit Main Batch Order

      Now all sales of this stock item will trigger the recall (check the Vaccination screen on the Management record has updated).

    • Automatic Pricing

      The same can be done for an automatice pricing code for example, Rabies vaccine. As above in Step 1, edit the list and add the new recall Rabies (Canine):104

      Now in Automatic pricing, created or edit one of the procedures e.g.

      As you can see the Rabies AP code does not effect the regular vaccine leaving it un changed.

      Tip: Add a recall as in Step 1 but it must be number 253, call it Wipe All - this recall will set all existing intervals to zero weeks - eg euthanse prodedure on the Other Recall field
