How do I suppress clinical lines from appearing on invoices.
There are a few ways depending on the work.
First off, priced clinical lines CANNOT BE suppressed.
- You can ignore ALL unpriced lines.
Set option 4 'Completely ignore un-priced lines' on the 3rd invoice setup screen to Yes. - You can ignore all work entered in a text box.
Set option 12 'Ignore code xx and N.C.' on the 2nd invoice setup screen to yes. This will still print any un-priced Automatic entries but hide the text box work. - You can ignore Specific Text lines.
Set option 12 'Ignore lines with !' on the 2nd invoice setup screen to Yes - Any text line that starts with an exclamation sign (!) will be ignored. - You can ignore clinical lines with a specific analysis code.
Set Ignore lines with ! to yes (see above), use 'T' on the 2nd invoice selection screen, enter the analysis code you want to hide then for the Text enter an explanation mark '!'.
