Common Invoice Queries
MY INVOICES WON'T PRINT.
There is a whole list of selection criteria that can, if not entered correctly, stop invoices being printed. If, after checking the following points, you are still unable to print them, call Support
- Client range - are you trying to print an invoice for one client, a
copy perhaps ? Check that the client range starts and finishes at the
master card number of the client you want the invoice for, even if that
particular animal does not have an outstanding balance.
- Stage 1,2,3,4 - if any of these are set to No then invoices will
not be printed for any clients falling into the particular stage.
eg: Stage 2 set to No - any clients owing money between 30 & 60 days
will not be billed. ( depending on what days your Stage 2/3 are
set to )
- Invoice dates - are you asking the program to produce an invoice for
a period with no due balance ?
- Does the client you are trying to invoice owe any money?
If the account balance for the period you are invoicing is ZERO nothing will be printed. If you do want a zero invoice for the period set the option 'Show All Work (Screen 2 option 14 to yes). - Is the Send Bill field on the management card set to Yes ?
- Is the Bill Type field on the management card set to the correct type?
- Branch selection - are you running the program for the correct
branch?
- Can you display or spool the bills? - Is it the printer that is not working ?
