Overdue Recall Lists
I want a list of all animals seen since July 2009 how do not have up to date Recalls - How?
You should use the recall Query option in DataMajor:
This is the main selection screen, if this is a new query you should use the '*' to reset the selection criteria.
Select as appropriate, for the initial question we would use:
- 1 .. Species
Enter the Species you are interested in, generally this will be Canine|Feline - this means records with either a species Canine or a species of Feline. Adjust as needed. - 2 .. Recall Name
The Name of the recall you are want to to check for, if you cannot remember the recalls you have enter a '?' for a list. - 3 .. Recall is
Here you have the option to list: Overdue, Blank, Missing recalls etc. See the DataMajor Manual Page for more details. For just now we will select 'OverDue'. - 9 .. Last Seen
Enter the date last seen, to answer the above question use 01.07.2009
You can enter other criteria as to animal age, status codes, surgery etc as needed.
Run the report and you will get the list on the screen, double check it looks OK and then you have the option to send the results to the label printer, main printer or a file. We would recommend the File option as you can then use Mail-Merge to send 'nice' looking reminders to the clients.
