How can I find who I sold something to or who I did something for?
Sometimes you want to search for records for 'something', it may be a product, a procedure, a piece of text, a batch number, just something.
Yes there are specific options to list batch numbers, yes there are specific reports for who has bought ABC - this option is generic.
Use Reports -> Data Major -> Ad-hoc -> Clinical text contains
As the option suggests this looks for any text.
When selected you will see:
1.1
leave 'and less than' blank as it will default to today.
You will get a list of all records where that text appeared.
If you want to limit by looking for the text done by a specific user, or by just a clinician; then on the 'who did the work' question enter a '?' and pick the user/group from the list.
Limiting by other options - a '?' on the 'Restrict by' field will bring up some common options - see the manual for the more obscure ones.
Once the report is run you have to the option to export to a MailMerge file, print on the printer or re-run.
