Recording Vaccination Detail
A Back to Basics Guide to entering Vaccinations, these B2B guides do not explain the steps, for that refer to the on-line manual. If you follow the steps it will work.
Make a note of the P Ref on the stock card for the vacciantion you are using e.g. NOBD for Nobivac DHPPI - Make sure the description on the stock card starts with an asterix '*' (This makes sure the staff select the AP item rather than the Stock item).
Setup an Automatic Pricing card as follows:

The important bit here is the Extra Line - this has a colon, followed by the stock code for the vaccination then -100 (100% Discount). Any items set on the stock card e.g. Ask for Batch, Generate a handout etc. will be available.
Now whenever you vaccinate an animal from within automatic pricing:
Item(s) VBC
if you have any batch numbers set for the vaccination a pop-up box will appear letting you select the appropriate one otherwise, you will be prompted with
Enter batch number 123-12345-1111
it will be added to the clinical screen and update the management card automatically.
You can create other cards for Rabies, VHD as required.
