Introduction

The EnServe provides many of the functions required by a typical Internet-connected office network in one easy to use system.

Managing an office network can be a daunting task. The EnServe aims to make this easier by simplifying the steps required to perform common tasks and hiding the complexity of the system behind an easy to use interface that can be accessed through a standard web browser.

About This Manual

This is the EnServe Administrator's Manual.
It covers the the concepts and tasks required for day-to-day operation of the EnServe.

The manual is split into two main sections..

The Important Concepts section covers the basic technical knowledge required to administrate an EnServe based network. You may or may not need to know all the information contained in this section in order to successfully administrate your network but we highly recommend familiarising yourself with the information in this section

The Appendices section contains information of completeing specific tasks, troubleshooting hints and technical support contact details.
