Stock_order_ref

When you have remote sites with separate stock control system you may have a different reference number for each site. This option allows you to specify them, the format is Stock_Order_Ref_{Surgery}. The 'Surgery' should be replaced with the surgery number e.g.:

Reference number for surgery 1 is 12345

Stock_Order_Ref_1 = 12345

Reference number for surgery 2 is 99123

Stock_Order_Ref_2 = 99123

This can be expanded to cover the situation where you have multiple sites and multiple supplier codes for different types of work. e.g. Supplier 1 is Small Animal, Supplier 2 is Large/Equine Work and Surgery 3 is pet food.

In this case the format is: Stock_Order_Ref_{Surgery}_{Supplier}. e.g.

Stock_Order_Ref_1_2      #   Site 1 supplier 2
Stock_Order_Ref_1_3      #   Site 1 supplier 3
Stock_Order_Ref_2_1      #   Site 2 supplier 1
