[Warning XXXX YY] - add a warning to the screen is the criteria is not met. XXX can be one of:

YY is the number of months over due.
There must be two fields even if the 2nd option does not make sense.
It will use colour event 212.
These three lines will report is the animal has no ID Chip, is not Insured or has not had a weight recording in the last 3 months.
