These screens are accessed from the management prompt line and are used to add comments, and other notes that cannot be associated with any of the clinical screens.
Sheet
The first of these uses the in-built editor giving you one screen's
worth of information which you can add/edit as needed. It is accessed
by using 'S'heet from the management record prompt line.
This is a full screen on which any information can be kept. If the sheet does not exist, you will be asked:
Sheet does not exist - create it <Y/N> [N]
Answer accordingly. Entry is allowed text editor style.
When you have finished putting the information in, press <ESC>.
You need not display a full screen's worth of information. One of the settings in Parameter set-up can be used to restrict the notes to appearing on the lower half of the screen enabling you to see the client's name and address.
Once you have exited the sheet you have to option to print or delete the current sheet. These sheets will cross update.
Write
The other screen uses other programs to 'attach' documents to
the animal card. This gives
you the ability to attach multiple files of any type to the record
card e.g. Video, PDF, Word etc. and is accessed via the 'W'rite option on the management
prompt line.
This is a powerfull feature and has a section to it's self.
