Recalls Breakdown

This report breaks down the LAST recall dates on the system and presents them as a table by month and year e.g.

Using this you can see if any specific recall period has been missed, or is there any period that could be re-scanned. It is also helpful to judge how many recalls you are expecting e.g. in the above example there are 134 animals with a last vacc date of Dec 1998 all of these should come in Dec 1999.

This also allows you to monitor your responce rate.

The scan will ONLY check live Small Animal Cards where the species is either Feline or Canine. The top the report will include the numbers for:

• Records looked at - Canine and Feline
• Records looked at but marked with status code DD e.g. Dead
• Records looked at with no recall date recorded (Blank)
• Records looked at with a zero recall interval (Zero)

When run you are asked which recall to scan for and if you want to print or display the report. Individual animals will not be listed this is just totals - use the Overdue Recall utility to produce lists.
