Field Details
Fields marked with a * cannot be edited, they are worked out
by the system.
M.T.D.*
-
The total sales of this item (by dispensed quantity) this month.
Y.T.D.*
-
The total sales of this item (by dispensed quantity) this
year (inc. current month).
Y.T.D
-
This field is similar to Y.T.D. above, except that it holds the
year to date sales based on the actual price they were sold at.
Min & Max
-
This holds the minimum and maximum quantities that you
should have in stock at any one time. These are used in various
reports to determine overstocking or whether this item needs to be re-
ordered. If the minimum level is set to zero the automatic
re-order
program will ignore this item and the automatic pricing will not
advise you that 'you are below the minimum'. The maximum quantity may
initially be set to any number required, but if the minimum, re-order
or pack quantity are edited then the maximum will be recalculated.
The minimum can be calculated automatically from an option on the
Utilities Menu.
Ave. *
-
The average sales per month (financial) of this item.
On-Order
-
This field contains the number of dispensed units currently
on order. Although the dispensed quantity is shown, the system when
producing order lists will convert to purchased quantity
automatically. This field can be reset to zero globally via an
option on the Utilities menu.
Date (ON)
-
The date on which the last order was placed for this item.
Date (Last)
-
This is the date on which you last received this item.
Re-Order(N)
-
Normal re-order level for this item. When the system is
determining the quantity to order, it will use this figure as a
minimum. If the quantity in stock plus re-order is still less than
the minimum, then the order will be incremented by one until the
minimum is reached. The number in brackets is the dispensed quantity.
Re-Order(S)
-
As normal re-order, except this is the minimum figure to
re-order during a seasonal period.
