Stock Sales History

Sales History
If configured, we can select the <H>istory option at this point and the screen will display a detailed record of the comings and goings of this item. (Only the first 200 transactions for each will be recorded).

Note: This screen defaults to showing figures relating to dispensed quantity. If the 'Toggle' option is used then the figures will be expressed by purchased quantity instead.

The options on the prompt line are:

Hist - Add Edit Up Down Print Wipe Start Last

Add

Adds manual records to screen

Edit

Edits one or more lines

Up

Displays information off the top of the screen

Down

Displays information off the bottom of the screen

Print

Prints history of stock - You can print all histories via the report Print History File

Wipe

Wipes history of stock (Uses E.O.Y. password)

Start

Moves to the first line of data

Last

Moves to the last line of data

Sales

Shows the monthly Sales/Purchase figures
