Diary: Partially Filled in records

Partially filled in records

When a client has been added to the system by the diary program you do not need to edit the missing information. When the new client is first accessed the system realises it's a new client and prompts you with: 
Record to be updated - <P>ostpone <I>gnore <C>ontinue

<C>ontinue
This option will prompt you for the missing information as if you were adding a new client.

<P>ostpone
This will delay filling in the information until later.

<I>gnore
This will ignore the prompt and you will have to edit in the missing information.

Note: If the client was added via the diary the system will assume it is a small animal record card.

You can use the Report Generator to get a list of all these records by searching for any record where the Mileage is equal to 254.
