Please allow some time for &animal  to be admitted prior to                  
the surgery. A consent form for anaesthesia/surgery will                     
require to be completed and signed. You may have some queries                
regarding the anaesthesia or surgery.                                        
                                                                             
&bs We feel that vaccination is an important part of protecting
&animal  against several fatal diseases. Please bring &hisher  
vaccination certificate with you so we can be sure of &hisher
vaccination status.  We will recommend a booster if the vaccinations
