Scenarios

Here are some of the situations you can use cross updating for, along with notes on what settings to use.

1 Basic multiple site cross-updating
2 Each site has their own client base. You do not want to transfer them but you do want to maintain a common set of definition files, stock and ap codes.
3 Mirror system where one server stores copies of all the client data and allows for central administration of all remote sites.
4 Similar to 3 above except one of the remote sites can distribute files via the central server.
5 You have a 'stand by' server that is updated over the network automatically.
6 You have multiple copies of Premvet running on one server and want to update two different servers.
7 You have multiple copies of Premvet running on one server and want to update ONE central server.
