Access Permissions

The following access permissions have been added or changed.

NONE

DataMajor

Some new reports have been added to Financial -> VAT to emulate the existing Vatbook summary, Analysis Code, Payment reports.

EnServe

Changes to EnServe are now in a separate set of release notes.

Administrative Login

This, and changes to it, are covered in the Admin Login FAQ http://www.premvet.co.uk/premvet/faq/adlog.html

Estimates

Normally, in estimates, the system will skip any {text} entries on AP codes and Stock items - you don't really want to be forced to add a temperature etc. on an estimate. The only bracket option that can now be used is {} where nothing is forced.

Lab E-Mail

Re-Worked - See: http://www.premvet.co.uk/premvet/faq/labmail.html

You will need to put the new .deliver script in place if you want to take advantage of this.

PDSA Work Done

The PDSA Work Done report that updates the 'PDSA' records card - this used to use analysis code '246' to add the work done - this analysis code clashes with Bad Debt Write off. The PDSA report will now use analysis code 217 which is classed as 'Special.

Glucose Graphs

When generating Glucose graphs the system will add times to the graphs where possible. The Time option has been disable when doing Glucose. The 'Current' option will graph the LAST 12 readings and not go back more than 36hrs (from the last recording). The 'Optimum' option is now a little more generic as it can also be used to add normal range values.

Additional Telephone Numbers

An additional 10 telephone numbers have been added to to the record card. The 1st two numbers are preset (Mobile and Fax) the others can be called anything you want. You add a params.txt entry:

    Telephone = Desc 1, Desc 2, Desc 3, Desc 4, ......

If the Telephone entry is present it will add the names AFTER the 1st two. e.g.
Telephone = Work, Day, Night will give you 5 descriptions Mobile, Fax, Work, Day and Night.

Tip: If you want to blank out the 'un-used' entries then just add commas (,) at the end.

You can edit these numbers by:

The new telephone numbers will be exported to Datamajor (Client table: Mobile_Number, Fax_Number, Telephone_2, Telephone_3 .... Telephone_9)

They are available in definition files as
&MOBILE, &FAX, &TE2, &TE3 ... &TE9

They will cross update to other sites.

Both the Fax and Mobile numbers are available if using the automatic link to Windows documents.

When going to the 'Additional' screen the default will be to show the status codes on the right as before. If you would prefer the system to default to showing the Telephone numbers then add:

Additional_Right = Phone

to params.txt. You can switch between Status and Telephone with the two options 'S'tatus and 'P'hone on the prompt line.

The prompt line on the additional screen will change depending on what is displayed on the right. If the Telephone numbers are displayed you will not have the 'Lock' option but you will have 'Number' (allows editing of the numbers). If the Status Code information is displayed you cannot use the 'Number' option to change the number - you have to switch first.

The Telephone list on the Additional screen, as the Primary number on Small Animal records could be up to 40 characters in length, only the first 25 will be displayed on this screen. You cannot edit the 'Primary' number from the Additional screen.

Web Product List

Stock Control -> Report: The Web list will generate an html page price.html) with all the selected products in it. It will include Description (if the card contains a URL then the the description will be hyper-linked to it), Selling Price, Supplier Reference and any data sheet information.
